The performance of offshore funds on FE Trustnet is set to default in their own native currency, however if you want to compare the performance of funds which are denominated in more than one currency you may wish to rebase performance into UK sterling – so you can see what these funds have really produced in returns after the effects of currency fluctuations and exchange rates have been taken into account.
The World Energy Fund seeks to maximise total return. The Fund invests globally at least 70% of its total assets in the equity securities of companies whose predominant economic activity is in the exploration, development, production and distribution of energy.
Price total return performance figures are calculated on a bid price to bid price basis (mid to mid where applicable) with gross income (dividends) reinvested. Performance figures are shown in fund’s native currency unless otherwise specified – performance figures can be rebased to Pence Sterling (GBX) using the rebasing option.
