RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

 

 

The Board of JPMorgan European Smaller Companies Trust plc announces that, following his appointment as Chairman of the Prudential Group plc, Paul Manduca has decided to step down from the Board on 31st December 2012. Carolan Dobson will succeed him as Chairman with effect from 1st January 2013.
