Approval of Celsys Acquisition
Cambria announces that all conditions precedent to the Scheme of Arrangement to acquire the remaining share capital of Celsys Limited ("Celsys"), details of which were announced by Cambria on 14(th) May 2012 having been satisfied, the effective date of the Scheme is 15(th) of August 2012.
It is expected that Celsys will delist from the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange ("ZSE") Main Board on 30 August 2012 and Cambria will subsequently list on the ZSE Main Board on 31 August 2012.
