Issue of equity
The Board of Edinburgh Dragon Trust plc (the "Company") has today issued, subject to listing, 9,417 Ordinary Shares following elections by holders of the Company's 3.5% Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock 2018 ("CULS") to convert £29,217 nominal of CULS. The Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
It is expected that admission to the Official List and commencement of dealings in these Ordinary Shares on the London Stock Exchange will take place at 8.00 a.m. on 10 August 2012.
Following admission, there will be 196,360,259 Ordinary Shares and £59,847,853 nominal of CULS in issue.
