DIRECTOR'S DEALINGS
The Company were informed yesterday that Mike Chandler, Director, purchased
350,000 ordinary shares at 3.5p per share on Monday 21st January 2008
Following the purchase Mr. Chandler holds through his personal and family
holding and those of his wholly owned company, M-C Production & Drilling Co.
Inc, 19,493,000 shares, representing a holding of 20.85 % of the issued share
capital of the Company.
