DIRECTOR'S DEALINGS
The Company were informed on 29th April 2008 that Mike Chandler, Director,
purchased 250,000 ordinary shares at 2.25p per share on Monday 28th April 2008.
Following the purchase Mr. Chandler holds through his personal and family
holding and those of his wholly owned company, M-C Production & Drilling Co.
Inc, 20,393,000 shares, representing a holding of 21.82 % of the issued share
capital of the Company.
