BOARD APPOINTMENTS 

TXO is pleased to announce the appointment to the Board of two non executive directors with immediate effect.  

Thomas John Mary Cooke, 58, is a Chartered Accountant.  He has had extensive international experience over the past 20 years, including the establishment of new ventures by securing finance and managing their business plans. Mr.Cooke has also acted as a consultant to small and medium sized businesses, advising them on strategic planning for growth, acquisitions and disposals.  Mr Cooke is Irish and lives in London.  He is currently a Director of Thomas Cooke Limited, Meyrick Cliffs Services Limited, and Orb Enterprises Limited.  There are no other matters which require disclosure pursuant to paragraph (f) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.

Lucas Aaron Ponder, 28, is a commercial banking executive for Texana Bank in Longview, Texas. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Texana Bank and has an extensive banking and finance background and has 8 years experience in all aspects of bank management. Mr. Ponder is a graduate of Texas A&M University, Texarkana where he earned a BBA in Finance, and holds a master's degree from The Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at the Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.  He is also a graduate of the American Banker's Association's Commercial Lending School and a member of the Texas Banker's association, the Independent Bankers Association of Texas, and the Independent Community Bankers of America.

Mr. Ponder is American and lives in Texas. He is currently a director of Linden Bancshares, Inc.  There are no other matters which require disclosure pursuant to paragraph (f) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
