Change to the date of the Annual General Meeting of the Company

To comply with the new provisions under the Companies Act 2006, the Company is today sending out a new notice revising the date of the AGM from Friday 12th December  2008 to Friday 31st October 2008, together with an updated form of proxy.

Shareholders should only use the form of proxy despatched with this notice and disregard the earlier form of proxy.

Copies of the new notice and proxy will be available on the website www.txoplc.com

All other details remain the same.
