TXO PLC ("TXO" or "the Company")

   Discovery of stringers in the lower Woodbine 

TXO plc announced today that lower stringers have been encountered in both the Number 6 and Number 1 wells that have been deepened on the Randle Fair Christian Lease.

The Randle Fair Christian Lease is operated by MC Production and Drilling Co. Inc. and is co-owned by TXO's US subsidiary, TOGS Energy Inc.

The wells were deepened under a joint venture with Endeavor Power Corp and the ownership interest in the wells is as follows:

Endeavor Power Corporation            75.0%

MC Production and Drilling Inc        12.5%

TOGS Energy Inc                       12.5%

Both wells confirmed the presence of lower stringers and appropriate completion of both wells is now underway.

Lower stringers are separate accumulations of oil that lie below the main Woodbine Field.
