The Company intends to pay an interim dividend of 4.00 cents per share on 1 October 2010 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 3 September 2010.
Where shareholders have not elected to receive dividends in US Dollars the Company will translate the US Dollar amount into sterling at the closing USD / GBP exchange rate on 3 September 2010 which was 1.5435 giving an interim dividend in sterling of 2.5915p per share.
