NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/ PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY ("PDMR")
The Company was notified on 2 June 2011 of the following transactions made in accordance with instructions under the Dividend Reinvestment Plan mandates that on 27 May 2011:
Malcolm Coster, Chairman, acquired 24,117 Ordinary Shares at 67.5 pence per share. As a result of this transaction, Mr Coster's total beneficial holding in the Company is 685,053 Ordinary Shares.
Daniel Dayan, Chief Executive Officer, acquired 56,724 Ordinary Shares at 67.5 pence per share. As a result of this transaction, Mr Dayan's total beneficial holding in the Company is 1,611,256 Ordinary Shares.
Daniel Abrams, Chief Financial Officer, acquired 21,627 Ordinary Shares at 67.5 pence per share. As a result of this transaction, Mr Abrams's total beneficial holding in the Company is 614,342 Ordinary Shares.
