Transfer of shares held in treasury
Micro Focus International plc announces that participants in the Company's employee share schemes have exercised options over 1,382 ordinary shares of 114/11 pence each at a price of 244 pence per share. These shares, all formerly held as treasury shares, were transferred to the participants on 26 April 2012.
Following the above transfer of shares out of treasury, the Company confirms that its issued share capital comprises 181,552,160 Ordinary Shares of 114/11 pence each, of which 17,805,145 Ordinary Shares are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 163,747,015.
