VinaLand Limited ('the Company' or 'VNL') announces that on 8 May 2012, pursuant to the share buyback programme announced on 14 October 2011, the Company purchased 200,000 Ordinary Shares of US$0.01 each at an average price of US$0.55 per share.
Following this transaction, the 200,000 Ordinary Shares will be cancelled. The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 494,117,622 and the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 494,117,622.
