Final Dividend
As previously announced, the Company intends to pay a final dividend of 29 cents per share on 25 May 2012 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 4 May 2012.
Where shareholders have not elected to receive dividends in US Dollars the Company will translate the US Dollar amount into sterling at the closing USD / GBP exchange rate on 4 May 2012 which was 1.6150 giving an interim dividend in sterling of 17.9567p per share.
