TREASURY STOCK
JPMorgan Overseas Investment Trust plc today purchased into Treasury 68,587 ordinary shares at 712.70 pence per share.
Following the transaction the remaining shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 25,389,017.
The Company will only re-issue shares held in treasury at a premium to net asset value.
