Impax Environ Mkts (IEM)

Impax Environmental Markets plc announces that on 29 June 2012 purchased 335,000 of its own ordinary shares in the market at an average price of 93.45p per share. The highest price paid per ordinary share was 94p and the lowest price paid was 93p.  These shares will be held in Treasury. 

Following this share re-purchase, the Company's issued share capital will be 324,509,373 ordinary shares.  The Company will be holding 40,801,303 of these shares in Treasury.  Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company will be 283,708,070.
