BLUECREST ALLBLUE FUND LIMITED (THE 'COMPANY')

TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

The Company announces that on 17 August 2012 it purchased 28,551 Sterling Shares of no par value ('Sterling Shares') at an average price per share of 165.3 pence each.

The Sterling Shares purchased will be held by the Company as treasury shares.  Following the above purchase, the total number of Sterling Shares held by the Company in treasury is 3,179,536.

Following the above purchase, the total number of Sterling Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 493,440,026 the total number of Euro Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 9,606,641 and the total number of US$ Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 83,007,917.

All shareholders have equal voting rights based on the number of shares held. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 586,054,584 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
