The Company's issued share capital at the date of this notice consists of 15,220,068 ordinary shares with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company holds no shares in Treasury.  

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company at the date of this notice is 15,220,068.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
