The Directors of the Company wish to announce that the Irish Stock Exchange has agreed to temporarily cancel the listing of Sterling (Inc) Class Shares (the "Class") of the Iveagh Income Portfolio, a Sub-Fund of the Company, fom the Official List and trading on the Main Securities Market of the Irish Stock Exchange for a period of twelve months with effect from today.
Provided that new subscription money is received into the Class within twelve months, an announcement confirming the re-admission of the Class to the Official List and trading on the Main Securities Market of the Irish Stock Exchange will be made at the appropriate time.
The Exchange has agreed that the Class be delisted with immediate effect.
