Re: Temporary Delisting of Share Class


The Directors of BNY Mellon Global Funds, plc ("the Company) wish to announce that The Irish Stock Exchange has agreed to temporarily cancel the listing of the BNY Mellon Absolute Return Bond Fund - USD X Shares (B5SFNY6) of the Company from the Official List and from trading on the Main Securities Market of the Irish Stock Exchange for a period of twelve months with effect from 03 May, 2013.


Provided that new subscription monies are received into this class within twelve months, an announcement confirming the re-admission of this class to the Official List and to trading on the Main Securities Market of the Irish Stock Exchange will be made at the appropriate time.
