NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY ("PDMR")

The Company was notified on 9 August 2012 of the following transaction on 6 August 2012 relating to Mrs Ines Warner, a person connected with PDMR, Mr John Warner:

Mrs Ines Warner sold 130,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 69.5 pence per ordinary share.

As a result of this transaction Mr Warner's total beneficial interest in the Company is 1,184,073 ordinary shares representing 0.68% of the Company's issued share capital.

This notification is made pursuant to Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4.
