Trustnet receives a makeover

23 June 2011

This website will now be known as FE Trustnet, with other FE products such as Analytics and Investegate also gaining the prefix.

Financial Express has changed its name to FE to reflect the company’s evolution from data provider to a leader in helping people make better investment decisions.

As well as a new and vibrant yellow colour scheme, the strap line "be better informed" will illustrate the company’s commitment to simplifying the interpretation of data and investment information.

The company has a heritage of providing a wealth of reliable and accurate data, but managing director Michael Holland says the rebrand reflects how FE is now recognised as a market leader for empowering private and professional investors to make more robust and informed decisions.

ALT_TAG "Today marks an exciting stage in our corporate development as we launch our new brand and identity," he explained. "When we started the business back in 1996 our core product and speciality was fund data."

"Over a decade later we offer a much broader set of award-winning products ranging from Trustnet, Analytics, Investegate, Crown Fund and Alpha Manager Ratings and webtools, to the automated production of investment documents for many well know and prestigious fund-management groups," he continued. "In other words, a range of products that really can help investors make better investment decisions."

FE has grown rapidly since its launch in 1996 and now has offices in London, Hong Kong, Singapore, India and the Czech Republic.

The prefix FE will be added to the names of all products and services within the company’s stable to create a more visible link. As such, the award-winning fund research and analysis tool, Analytics, will be rebranded FE Analytics, while the investment data and research website Trustnet will become FE Trustnet.

FE supplies data to all the main fund supermarkets, while more than half of the top-100 IFAs use FE Analytics. FE's fund and manager ratings have proved useful and popular tools for fund selection and analysis. IFAs also have frequent recourse to FE’s fund, manager and group factsheets.
