Edinburgh Worldwide will be hosting a Q&A webinar with Chair Jonathan Simpson-Dent on Friday 27 March at 12.30pm. Shareholders will have the opportunity to ask any questions they may have in relation to the Board's proposal to implement a tender offer for up to 100% of EWIT's issued share capital at a General Meeting on 10 April 2026.
The session is open to all existing shareholders and interested parties. There will be a live Q&A on the day. Take the opportunity to submit your questions in advance by emailing enquiries@bailliegifford.com. These questions will be given priority on the day.
