Thank you for all the feedback that you've given on the new version of FE Trustnet, which has seen some significant changes to how the website looks and works. 
We have received some positive comments on the improvements to the site and many of the behind the scenes changes are working as successfully as we had hoped.
However, we also note that some sections of our audience are experiencing issues. Please be assured that we are listening to every comment: we will be addressing the most pressing issues linked to the update with as much speed as possible.
Although we are aware that our audience was very happy with the old version of FE Trustnet, changes were needed to the website.
The growing volume of users on the website meant vast improvements to the infrastructure behind it were necessary and we had received many requests for a cleaner, less crowded look that works better on smaller screens such as laptops, tablets and mobiles.
Furthermore, changes in the online and media environments demand that we move over to a more responsive design and make other improvements if FE Trustnet is to continue to succeed.
Owing to the scale and complexity of this project, some features that you have highlighted have yet to be rolled out on the new website. We will remedy this as soon as possible.
As mentioned previously, this is by no means the ‘finished’ version of FE Trustnet and we will continue to evolve the site to meet your investment research needs.
