A range of new features have been added to Financial Express Analytics, the powerful online tool used by financial professionals to monitor and analyse fund/portfolio performance.

Fuelled by Financial Express data, Analytics aims to aid financial professionals with their daily fund analysis, with the update - v2.95 - enhancing this further.

One major boost for users is that the tool now includes individual funds’ entire holdings, rather than just the top ten. The feature allows easy comparison of investments, and also shows any recent changes made to a fund’s holdings.

Fact sheets which are accessed via Analytics now provide a deeper set of statistics for funds, including the last three years of dividends a company has paid out. There is also an internet link for each fact sheet to Financial Express and Trustnet sister site, where users can obtain the latest RNS news and updates for stock market listed equities.

Extra indices have been added to Analytics, including the JP Morgan Emerging Market and the CitiGroup US Domestic indices. Flat rate growth charts can now be accessed from the same section. This interest rate data, which ranges from zero per cent to 10 per cent, is particularly useful for measuring regular savings charts.

“Financial Express Analytics continues to be an integral tool for financial advisers in structuring portfolios, making fund recommendations and in risk analysis. Responding to user demand, these latest refinements meet the need for increased sophistication in data provision and fund comparison helping to keep users up-to-date and better informed,” Michael Holland, managing director of Financial Express, said.
